Just a quick Note to all you fitness fans out there (Ladies take note) There was an artical in the Daily Express dated June 23rd. in the Your Health section on Easy Ways To Lower Blood Preasure.
The Last Item was " Play the Drums" It read as follows.
Drumming has been used as a form of therapy for thousands of years.
Some evidence suggests it can lower blood pressure by easing stress and improving relaxation. As well as being great upper body work-out it can lower stress-hormone levels cirulating in the bloodstream.
